My fourth (and final) "spring training" run for Hooptober, using the criteria for Hooptober 4.0: letterboxd.com/cinemonster/list/the-night-hooptober-came-home-hoop-tober/

I came on board with Hooptober Cinco way back in 2018(?) and have completed every challenge since, and a few years ago I thought it would be fun to take on the previous challenges I missed, so I did!

Between the Ides of March (March 15) and April 30th, I will watch the 31 movies listed below (skipping the bonus this time, I've already seen all the IT adaptations plus the documentary) and review them per the requirements of Hooptober 4.0.

After spending the last month basically soaking in awards-season watches (some wholly necessary, others far less so) I'm happy to have a few weeks of early "Halloween candy" as a reward.

6 films from before 1970
6 films from the following: Carpenter, Raimi, Whale, Browning, Craven, Tom Holland (mix-and-match, or all one)
3 people eating people (non-zombie)
1 Hammer Film
1 Romero Dead film
1 terrible oversight (use the following link, filter out the films you've seen and picked the highest rated film from the list that you can get ahold of) letterboxd.com/films/genre/horror/by/rating/size/small/

And 2 Tobe Hooper Films (There must ALWAYS be a Hooper film)
