This is a list of every movie that won an Emmy and either has been nominated for or won an Oscar. Just as the Oscars recognize the best in film, the Emmy's recognize the best in television. As such, it is difficult for a film to even be eligible for both, but it has happened and these are the films that have been recognized by both. Primarily, these films are documentaries. In fact, only two of the following films are fiction.

This list includes nominees from all of the various Emmy Awards, including the Primetime, International, Daytime, Sports, News and Documentary, and Technology and Engineering, though only Primetime and International Emmy winners have ever been nominated for an Oscar.
