Here be my 4th year of participation in the annual Hooptober tradition, where, like I have in the previous years, attempted to complete 31 spoopy films that I have not seen in 31 days (starting October 1st) while also following the usual Hooptober criteria. Original list with rules for the challenge is located here. Unfortunately due to the difficult a year I’ve been having personally, my motivation was very up and down throughout the month and I did not complete all 31 films (the quality of the movies I choose didn’t exactly help inspire motivation either), but I am still happy with myself for powering through 27 of them nonetheless. Enjoyed it when I could and I hope all others participating did as well, onward to the next one. Ratings and criteria for completed films listed in the notes.
