I think I'm gonna do this now...
From time to time I will choose a completely random film from my way too long watchlist via a randomizer, hunt it down and watch it. No matter what it is.

The reason? I guess this is a plan to keep me from watching movies that are not on my watchlist. Granted I rarely do, but anyway... I was always desperately and hopelessly trying to decrease the number of titles on my watchlist and this might help (but probably won't).
This is also a way to keep things fresh and too simply help myself deciding what to watch because that can be hard sometimes.
Maybe this will bring some secret gems from my watchlist to the surface. Films that had a very low priority for me and then turn out to be fantastic once destiny forces me to see it.
Or maybe this will help me watching some of those films I want to have seen someday but I never feel like actually approaching.

We'll see where this will take me.
