IDA Documentary Awards: Best Feature Winners

The International Documentary Association (IDA), founded in 1982, is a nonprofit with approximately 2,000 members that is dedicated to promoting nonfiction filmmakers. The IDA Documentary Awards were first presented in 1985. Between 1985 and 1996, approximately five films received the Best Feature award each year. Between 1997 and 2008, the IDA typically presented the award to two films. Since 2008, one film has received the award each year.
