The Bronze Horse (Bronshästen) is awarded to the winning film in the international competition section of the Stockholm International Film Festival.
The Bronze Horse is an homage to one of the country's national icons, the Swedish Dala horse. At 7,3kg in weight, it is also the heaviest film award in the world.

The Stockholm International Film Festival (Swedish: Stockholms filmfestival) is an annual film festival held in Stockholm, Sweden. It was launched in 1990 and has been held every year since then during the second half of November.
