Part four in my continuing series where I pick five directors who I would like to dive further into their filmography and watch each one's five highest rated films that I haven't seen yet. I have listed my five picks down below including a short description of why I have picked them.
Robert Altman: I am quite a big fan of a few of Altman's movies like McCabe & Mrs. Miller, Nashville, and The Long Goodbye and I particularly love his unique directorial and storytelling uniques to explore different facets of American life, history, and culture. I'm curious to see any of his films.

Noah Baumbach: I've been mixed on a few Baumbach films in the past, but his last couple of directorial and screenwriting efforts have been very interesting to me so I do want to to go back and watch the films of his that I haven't seen from earlier in his career. He seems like he's on a good trajectory and has several good films in his future.
Ingmar Bergman: Many years ago I watched a few Bergman films and found them interesting, but I didn't really get them very much. Recently, I have watched several more and really enjoyed them quite a bit, so I'm happy to dive even further into his filmography.
David Cronenberg: Cronenberg may be the director that I've liked his movies the most considering how few of them I have seen so I want to rectify that and give more of his movies a look.
Éric Rohmer: I only recently watched a few of his films, but I was really blown away by his revelations of how humans behave with and toward one another in fascinating ways, and of his beautiful summer European locales.
