Troubled Teen Industry (TTI) is a range of facilities known as the boot camps, residential treatment centers, therapeutic boarding schools, group homes, wilderness-based and conversion therapy programs.

Under the aim to 'fix' the 'troubled' teenagers, the facilities use physical and emotional abuse, which can result in life-long trauma or death. Even if the methods used are scientifically unsupported, the facilities continue to profit every year. Many survivors have broken their silence and spoke against the industry.
