Love a good monkey's paw story. There was some pretty freaky stuff in this but the last story dragged.

I loved this. I laughed, I cringed, I squirmed in my seat. Borgli is 3/3 on thought experiment movies and I'm really glad I caught up with Sick of Myself prior to seeing this. He might be the new Woody Allen if he keeps these types of movies up. I'm impressed with how the movie subverted my expectations.
The scene with the photographer had me cracking up and I absolutely loved the (second) DJ character. The perspective felt a little one-sided but I really liked going on this wedding week with the couple.

Still processing if I truly liked it but I definitely appreciated and was engaged. It's nightmare fuel: the movie. And those nightmares are everywhere both in the frontrooms (Cap'n Clark's two sword sign, the shopping cart) and the backrooms. Totally creepy. The production design was great, as expected and the outside world really felt like it was filmed in the 90s. The couches, artwork and TV stand felt right out of my childhood.
Sometimes it's claustrophobic and sometimes it's Blair…
