Steven Spielberg hasn’t lost his touch at all with this film. Incredible film and performances all around especially by Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor and Colman Domingo. Also John Williams’ score was beautiful and poignant per usual. I felt closer to the story with every note.
The train scene and ending scene got me locked in during the film. That last act was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely will see it again.

Can’t believe this is my first time seeing this film as it is a great film. I enjoyed the performances by Adam Sandler and Drey Barrymore. The character of Glenn has to be one of the most obnoxious characters ever.
I really liked all the musical choices and the outfits as it was totally 80s. This is a very funny and enjoyable film.
Also Steve Buscemi has an incredible Dion Waiters performance. His character was absolutely hilarious.

This is a very underrated Spike Lee joint that is on my first watch one of my favorites. I thought Edward Norton, PSH, and Barry Pepper were awesome. Also I enjoyed Anna Paquin’s and Rosario Dawson’s performances too. I thought it was poignant looking at NYC literally in the aftermath of 9/11.
The struggle of Monty trying to make amends with his father and friends knowing his life would effectively end in 24 hours was captivating. I definitely enjoyed the Brian Cox monologue at the end as well.
Shoutout Doyle too
