***Completed***
My attempt at the 8th Annual Letterboxd Season Challenge.
Progress: 33/33
This challenge took from September 21, 2022 to May 21, 2023. The average score I gave for this challenge was a 3.4
The biggest surprise was Miracle Mile. I expected a kind of ridiculous and cheap sci Fi thriller from the 80’s. What I got instead was one of the most intense apocalyptic stories I have ever watched, and it became one of three films likely to join my Top 100. The biggest disappointment was Belladonna of Sadness. By far the worst film of the challenge, I was told this was one of the greatest anime films of all time but it’s misogynistic exploitative irredeemable garbage.
