My personal ranking of the Halloween franchise. The mask wearing, seemingly immortal Michael Myers stalks the residents of Haddonfield. It was the Boogeyman.

I've never been a fan of the franchise but determined to get through it for Halloween 2022 to see if I have missed something all these years...

...so it was a bit of a slog getting through them all and it has definitely confirmed that I am not a fan. I just find the Michael character uninteresting and none of the movies (except Rob Zombie's Halloween) gave me any real insight into his character or feel anything for him. As a result Halloween (2007) was my favourite overall with Zombie's Halloween II bookending the other end of my list. If I was to watch any again it would probably be Halloween III as it doesn't involve Michael Myers!
