Welcome to my second year of celebrating Hooptober? This year I probably won't be able to watch quite as many films, but I will absolutely be able to meet the challenges. Below are the requirements for this list, of which each film in this list meets one of.

The worst horror sequel from the 1990s that you haven't seen and can access. (Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday 1993).

1 German Silent (The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari 1920).

5 Films from David Cronenberg, Ti West, Bill Rebane, Charles B. Pierce, William Grefe and/or Joy N. Houck Jr. (The Dead Zone 1983, The House of the Devil 2009, The Town that Dreaded Sundown 1976, The Brood 1979, Scanners 1981).

2 Christopher Lee films (The Wicker Man 1973, Howling II 1985).

1 film with a musician or band in it (Trick of Treat 1986).

1 Stephen King adaptation that is not the first go around (Carrie 1976).

1 Lon Chaney film. (NOT JR) (Phantom of the Opera 1925).

And 1 Tobe Hooper Film (Invaders from Mars 1986).
