My third year of participation in the annual Hooptober festivities, where I finally completed all 31 films, which (per usual) were all comprised of movies I had never seen previously. Original list with rules is here. Started Oct 1 and completed on Halloween, ranked best to worst with ratings and Hooptober criteria listed in the notes.
