🔪 31 days of October, 31 horror movies to watch — taking on Cinemonster’s Hooptober challenge for the sixth time! Some challenging categories this year, and I’m not just talking about the “worst sequel from the ’90s” category. I was able to pick a few from my ongoing Horror × 52 list though which was nice. I likely won’t be including the extra credit films this time, or I’ll end up completely burnt-out.

As usual, I like to work through the list in release order — it’s fun to watch the progression of the genre and find some accidental themes and double-features along the way. Almost 100 years of horror in this list!
