Menarche: the first menstrual cycle/menstrual bleeding. (I did not even know this word existed until I read the Carrie Wikipedia).
I get the idea that Letterboxd is pretty male-dominated so I can imagine some brains shrivelling quite a lot now, but it had to be done. Suggestions welcome as always.
