Yeah, i love this even in a rewatch

The camerawork is superb, the horror aspect is competent, the gore and, all practical effects and makeup are very good. And probably my favorite third act in a horror movie. Cutting a demon in half with one hand and a chainsaw while the house is on fire in the background and it's raining blood, it's the coolest thing ever.

Strangely, it's a comfort movie

I just realized I really like movies about dysfunctional families. I don't know what that says about me.

One of the best uses of sound in horror films of the last 2-3 years.
I liked the Found Footage scenes, I even wonder what a full movie like that would be like.

Also the cinematography is very good, very dreamy, the whole movie remainds me of a Lynch movie, i mean the dinner scene was so well made.
I want to give it another rewatch
