The deafault poster on here didn't look really convincing but I decided to give it a try as I've seen a few friends with similiar taste to mine rate it high. Turns out they weren't wrong because this shit slaps and delivers in all possible ways.
I love the humour here, the kids are surpisingly funny and likeabke which is a big plus because writing great children characters seems to be impossible for some. I like their little club a lot, it always adds to experience when the characters were actually invested in the topic before.
The make up and special effects are flawless. It's beautiful, something done with passion and knowledge on the horror creatures, I'm amazed 🤧
There are a few questionable dialogue choices directed towards a 5 year old girl which just makes me confused. Dracula actually calls her a bitch in this. Wow. The song is cool though.
Whatever, I think it's a great movie. Glad I picked this after a few days with no movies. Also when I started it, the movie was black and white and only like 15 minutes in I realized I didn't become colorblind but turned saturation off on tv yesterday. Great. Made me think the movie was older than it really is too.
