Spooky season is here and you know what that means: the return of the annual Letterboxd HoopTober challenge! What is HoopTober? HoopTober is in its 8th year and this was my seventh (7th!) time participating and as usual, I crushed it! This year I watched 66 films during my 31 Days of Horror. Spooky good times were had and I accomplished all the HoopTober Challenges:

- 1 film set in the woods: Into the Grizzly Maze
- 1 Kaiju or Kong: King Kong Escapes
- 2 Hammer Films: (3) Horror of Dracula, Curse of Frankenstein, Revenge of Frankenstein
- 3 films directed and/or starring a POC: Blackenstein, Bones, Def by Temptation
- 3 Asian horror films: Vampire Doll, May the Devil Take You, House
1 Tobe Hooper film: Crocodile
