Loved this one!

Aliens attack a low-income housing block in South London and it's up to a small teenage gang to fight them off. John Boyega is an obvious highlight in his debut film role as Moses the leader. I think he did a great job showing Moses' struggle with wanting to do the right thing for the people he cares about while not having anyone around who could help him figure out what that was. His performance was really what made Moses' character growth as satisfying to watch as it was.

A lot of humour in this, too, especially the scenes with Brewis (Luke Treadaway) completely out of his element and entirely unaware of that fact. The CGI aliens have also held up well for a fifteen-year-old movie without a huge budget. Very fun watch overall.
