Hoop-tober 2021: Torn from the Tomb to Terrify the World!

Holy bananas, it's here already?!? Thanks as always to Cinemonster for overseeing our annual horror blowout, and for this year's particularly engaging set of rules.

In 2021, I've made an effort to watch more movies I've been curious about for a long time, with this Hoop-tober list representing the apex. Save a few slam-dunk rewatches and one title dictated by fate (c'mon, Letterboxd, are there honestly no part 2s worse than James Nguyen's?), almost everything here has been on my radar for years, and I'll be both gratified and relieved to finally experience them. I also found a way to work in my contemporaneous Cult Movie Challenge titles, so I don't foresee any stress trying to catch up with all my leisure time viewing and writing this season.

Don't forget to CLICK HERE for my traditional "trailer reel" (a playlist of as many trailers/promos as I could find on YT), and have a safe, sloppy, Happy Hoop-tober!
