Omg, this was one fucking awesome body horror!!
🩸I’m really into this genre, so of course I enjoyed it. To be fair, I only watched this for majestic Dave Franco, but it turned out way better than expected.
🍷I saw comments saying it was really slow, but I, on the contrary, found it pretty fast paced. It kept me interested from beginning to end.
🪚The plot twist was fine — a little predictable, but still very enjoyable. I think the vibe was really creepy, and it had a couple of pretty good jumpscares.
👩❤️💋👨I do wish it was longer so we could’ve seen more of the backstory, but I’m very satisfied with what we got lmao.
🫶🏻Dave Franco and Alison Brie are THE couple (watch yourself Alison, I’m coming for you). Their acting is amazing, and I can’t wait to watch their interview and hear about their favorite horror movies! I genuinely hope they make more movies together (separate or connected, idc), because this was just great! I also think Michael Shanks did so well considering this is his first project?? Just wow.
🫂I mean, these people were just yearning for physical contact (who can blame them), and they definitely got it…eventually.
The only reason this got four and a half stars is that fuckass ending — a little disappointing, but whatever.
