It's not what it sounds like. Think of it as Hooptober Lite. Cocktober is for Halloween movie fans who don't necessarily want to fill their everyday with pure terror. Sometimes it's nice to have some lighter jaunts, or even a thriller now and again.
I'm a relatively new fan of horror, but admit that I can't indulge in the genre 31 times within a month and a half. So, for those of you who want to join in on the fun of the season without your dreams becoming weird every night, then join me for the 3rd annual Cocktober.
Last year, my list didn't get completed because my son was born October 2nd and it was hard to stay awake for movies for the first few weeks! So many of these entries will be duplicates from last year's list.
Named after the Master of Suspense himself, Cocktober must always include at least three Hitchcock films.
I will be starting the challenge September 15th and going through October 31st.
