Acredito que fiz uma boa escolha para a semana Lynchian, porque o filme transmite uma vibe meio esquisita, misturada com a realidade. Ele começa com uma premissa isca sobre mortos roubando corpos de pessoas, mas depois vem o plot twist, que revela a lógica real por trás de tudo que na verdade era um grande esquema do Elster para executar sua esposa. Também achei o filme visualmente muito bonito e, apesar de ser um pouco lento inicialmente e de eu não curtir muito romance, acabei achando a experiência interessante, também achei o final ótimo.

I believe I made a good choice for Lynchian week, because the film conveys a somewhat eerie vibe mixed with reality. It starts with a bait premise about the dead stealing people’s bodies, but then comes the plot twist, which reveals the real logic behind everything: it was actually a large scheme by Elster to execute his wife. I also found the film visually very beautiful, and despite being a bit slow at first and the fact that I’m not really into romance, I ended up finding the experience interesting. I also thought the ending was great.
