Here I am, late again with watching Oscar nominated movies…embarrassing👀
🔫 I really had a love-hate relationship with Sinners while watching it, but by the end, I ended up liking it a lot! I was genuinely curious to see what made it so special, especially since it broke the record for Oscar nominations, and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
🎸 At first, I was skeptical because it was very slow paced, but somehow it still kept me glued to the screen, waiting for something to happen. When the movie shifted into a horror tone, I enjoyed it even more.
⭐️ I couldn’t stop admiring the cinematography and the way the format/frame kept changing was so unique! I also liked that it basically revealed the plot right at the start; it added an interesting layer to the experience.
