[Criteria: 8/9 decades, 1930s]

Felt like I watched the worst version of the idea with a boring revenge plot when there was so much more potential for exploring the sci-fi aspects of the movie. Loved the astronomical elements at the start and the monologue that accompanied with it, and then it just kept making dumb decisions in which direction to take the story in. Although I did enjoy the special effects shown in the movie.
