I've always loved a single location, claustrophobic thriller/horror. They're always far more character driven than plot driven, which is by far the best kind of story. The only thing you really need to get right is the characters, which I think they do a pretty good job of here, with the central performances all being great. John Goodman is obviously the stand out, but Mary Elizabeth Winstead is pretty great too as the resourceful bad ass.

I wish the eventual reveal wasn't spoiled by the title of the movie, could have called it anything else and revealed it at the end and i think the movie would have been better for it.

Great watch though.
