HORROR MOVIE #166
Day 13: Trapped like a Rat 🐀
Ahh, this movie, where do I even start?
First thing I gotta say, just to get it out of my system, is that it reminded me a lot of The Hills Have Eyes (the second part). Not the same story, but definitely a similar vibe and type of killings. I had so many mixed thoughts while watching it. It was interesting, but also kinda boring at times (don’t come at me, but there were some dull parts). Still, that didn’t stop me from enjoying it a lot.
I have to specifically mention that I have huge admiration for people who actually do this kind of stuff in real life. Respectfully, they deserve a reward.. I could NEVER, especially after watching this. Definitely not a good movie for claustrophobic fellas.
Okay, hear me out — Juno didn’t deserve that (I’ll try to keep this review as spoiler-free as possible). I mean, even though it was kinda her fault everything happened, she was the bravest one and helped the most, while everyone else was just screaming and running (I don’t blame them tho, that would totally be me too). The monsters were great, perfectly fitting into the story.
And the ending… I mean, what??? From what I understood, it connects to the second part, so I guess I’ll have to check that one out to fully get it.
