Hooptober 12: 12/31

There was a time when silly camp and the most disgusting splatter gore were a mainstream match at the box office, and that time was the 80s. Loved how being a medical student is basically no different from going to high school. Loved how Herbert West, mad scientist and (alleged) killer of pets isn't even the antagonist. Giggled about the security officer subplot (in his own words: Why does a morgue need security??). Giggled when a decapitated head was smashed against the wall in an explosion of viscera. Delightfully unserious.
