Slappy McGee’s review published on Letterboxd:
I love that this opens with spell to the audience to protect them. Love breaking the fourth wall with stuff like that.
Sweet.
An extremely well-acted and well-plotted flick.
It grows steadily and is extremely engaging.
Some nice turns that offer surprising moments that satisfy.
Really enjoyed the ride this one takes you on.
Completely exceeded all of my expectations.
Fantastic flick.
My only gripe:
Alternate title is "Night of the Eagle" which makes SOME sense once you see the movie, but ultimately makes NO sense in the story. Let's just say that "Burn, Witch, Burn!" was a far superior choice for this picture.
