if i ever have to hear this woman say "wait for me" again, i will lose my mind. just walk faster!
It is marginally good! It has good moments and bad ones too! The ending is cool! I’d love to have a pair of glasses with all the interphases. Though some of the found footage is very annoying! Not for everybody!
if you're going to make a theological horror movie at least have it make sense in any of the three religions you're constantly referencing
Wanted to be a mix between As Above, So Below and [REC] but it's just trash.
(originally i was going to write a longer review but honestly i don't care enough to do that, it's just that bad lol)
Entertaining watch with some original twists. Jerusalem itself is a beautiful setting, it fits to create a pleasant atmosphere and its a cool horror location. The hi-tech glasses through which we see all the events, complete with route planner and Facebook face recognition, is quite nicely done. Some CGI is at times questionable, but at least the designs look cool. Overall a fun little movie, but nowhere really gets spectaculair.
Eu nunca NÃO me diverti assistindo JeruZalem
Filmaço
This film gets off to an atmospheric start, as we hear about how Jerusalem is home to one of three gateways to hell. It then turns into an advert for Google Glass that I was really hoping wouldn't last too long. So you can imagine my disappointment when I realised the whole film was going to be shot that way. Anyway, Jeruzalem focuses on a couple of American tourists that head off to Israel for a holiday, only to find themselves in the middle of some kind of biblical apocalypse. It's very slow to get going, with roughly about the first hour focusing on the characters and setting with only a few hints at the horror to come. It's not…
When in Jerusalem, watch Jeruzalem. Been here a few days and fortunately have yet to encounter any winged demons, mighty giants, or obnoxious tourists wearing smart glasses. I did, however, have some scary delicious knafeh at Mahane Yehuda, and for all I know that could be one of harbingers of some kind of apocalypse. So if flying monsters and towering behemoths come spilling forth from the Old City in the next few days, I accept responsibility and sincerely apologize. But you just cannot understand how good that knafeh was.
