Super low budget film noir horror.
Like a crime thriller with morbidness and homicidal ghosts.

Pretty effective overall.
Definitely better than its budget allows it to be.
Some strong acting from the leads also goes a long way to help.

I can see people not digging this... but as the tagline on the poster says:

I certainly "DIG IT".
