Slappy McGee’s review published on Letterboxd:
In the 70's and 80's there was a HUGE rush of "Made-for-TV" movies that were capitalizing on the success of a variety of blockbuster films of the era.
This is one of those.
The victim this time around?
"Carrie"
So this "Carrie" rip-off doesn't give our heroine telekinetic powers, they give her the power over snakes, some of which I think are maybe ghost snakes. Not sure about that. Regardless... this chick is brimming with SNAKE POWER!!!
And she ain't afraid to use it, you fuckers!!!
So don't fuck around!!
(Oh, and Bert Convy, the grooviest white guy with the grooviest tight-white-guy-afro has a supporting role in this movie. I can never take the dude seriously. Heh.)
