Crowhaven Farm
★★

Watched 23 Sep 2025

A 1970 made for TV horror movie about puritan witches.

Pretty good, considering all of that.
...heh...

I've never been a fan of the "witch" genre. And certainly not the puritan witch variety. So, this sits solidly outside my interest zone.

That being said... for a made-for-tv flick... just a year after we went to the moon... it's fairly solid.

It hits all the old familiar marks. Very, very familiar indeed.

No mystery watching it in our current day with all the variations we've seen by now. This was just kind of a "Rosemary's Baby" rip-off with a out-in-the-country bent to it.

If you dig witches, then this might be for you.
Does has some fairly competent acting in it.
You could do worse than this 55-year-old witch-flick.
