A lot of backstory filler at the beginning that makes more sense when you read the end credits note that this is based on a real person and events (until you Google Frank Dux and learn it probably didn't actually happen after all and have to deal with some extreme disappointment and emotional whiplash).
Anyway, JCVD does some splits and kicks. This was a fun Friday night watch/Wikipedia hole to fall down.
