"Why does the doctor always come at night?"
My second film for Hooptober XII.
I quite enjoyed this. It's very much a slow burn, but it's brimming with eerie atmosphere and disorienting visuals that give the film a dreamlike quality. The contrast and play between light and shadow is beautiful to watch.
It also reignited my desire to live in a gloomy manor like the wistful goth I am. Rena Mandel is a vision.
