Hooptober 12 4/31
A sequel that also isn't is made in Onechanbara: Vortex. At the end of the previous film Aya's sister Saki died but here the two rival sisters are both alive and working together. Here they must work to stop a woman who is draining young girls of their youth, while Aya must also stop Saki from teaming up with the villain in order to resurrect their dead parents, who when we see them are just skeletons at this point. An improvement from the previous one. The action isn't as good but there is more of a fun charm to it this time around as it ups the campiness. Yuu Tejima also is a better casting choice for Aya.
