MrPPeeps’s review published on Letterboxd:
A bit of a slow start all things considered and I can't say I was particularly enjoying it a whole bunch. But once it got going in the second half and the actual plot came to the forefront and I understood what was happening and why, it was actually a very impressive, bold feature debut from trey Edward Shults that I personally found quite heartbreaking.
Not a must-watch, but if you give it time to find it's footing, it's a good film.
