Sam🔮’s review published on Letterboxd:
I really can’t make heads or tails or gardens of what I just experienced. This movie was wildly funny and its political commentary has aged quite well, but it also left me feeling rather unsettled. Peter Sellers was a little terrifying to me as Chance/Chauncey - what does that say about my life and my state of mind??? There’s nothing flashy or outrageous about Being There but it still hit me like a ton of bricks. In a good way, I think 😅
