For 2026 I'm giving myself a new film challenge, a way to be curious about my love for movies. A mix of recent 2020s releases I missed and essential classics I somehow never got to.
No pressure, no perfection just enjoying the ride for the new year and new life challenges but keeping my hobby in place.
For example, one week will be a newer film and the next week an older film. For Oscar week will be using a prompt for Oscar winning movie and halloween horror movies. Keeping it fun and fresh.
One note: No rewatches!
1. A critically praised film from 2025 you missed
2. A movie starring either Steve McQueen or Paul Newman or both!
