This is my first year doing Hooptober officially. I have done my own little horror movie challenge for a few years in the past so I've covered a fair share in the genre, but I am super excited to still have the privilege of a full slate of films never before watched by myself. (Also, its not lost on me as a Hooper that I've never heard of Hooptober until this year lol). I'm fashionably late as Cinemonster released their list weeks ago at this point, but I prefer to keep aligned with my previous horror challenge schedule and try to do the 31 films all during October. Film notes contain criteria hits as well as reviews as I make my way through.
