Ok here we go. This year is my year! I WILL finish this. I'm in a new place with a great quality of life job and I've been watching a lot more movies lately. I worked hard to pick stuff I haven't seen, or if I have, it's been a while. I might change my mind on Phantasm which bored me the first time I saw it. Video game movie adaptations will be my personal tussle with the Lament Configuration (Until Dawn & Resident Evil which is the reference in my title). There have been Stephen King remakes that I haven't seen yet (Salem's Lot, Pet Semetary and Carrie) along with a few movies that qualified that I'll see thanks to the Ayersly's Retro Horror nights in Charlotte. Shoutout to the Carolina Theater which will be showing the original Mummy which is on my list.
Whew. Which one is going to surprise me? We shall see!
Read the notes as I watch to see what requirements the movie made for Hooptober! :)
