As every serial killer knows, eventually fantasising just isn't enough. Eventually you can't stop the urges and end up doing something that you might regret later. Not unlike me attempting Hooptober! I've been wanting to have a stab at Hooptober since I joined this website in 2016, and while I have planned it a few times and got close- I have never actually gone through with it.
But I figured, on its 12th year, I might as well join in with the Hooptober fun and attempt a go at the 31 day horror binge!

I have tried my best to satisfy all of the criteria with some caveats. Firstly, I am not at home until the middle of October which means I am having to watch exclusively films available on streaming. I can't dig into my DVD collection, unfortunately. Secondly, I spotted a few mistakes just looking over this list for a second time, so hopefully I've done it right- but I can guarantee something will be wrong somewhere. And thirdly, sometimes movies I wanted to watch get removed from streaming sites before I get the chance. If this happens (which it has already) then I will simply try to replace it with another film that fits the criteria. But until that becomes an issue, it's time to draw first blood and begin my first Hooptober!
I have also decided to rank them as I watch them as a bit of a sidequest!
