This is my anticipated horror watchlist, fitting the parameters of the challenge for Hooptober 12 (2025).

31 films - spanning at least 6 countries, and 9 decades. Including at least: 5 zombie films, 3 cult/conspiracy horror films, a film from a black director with a black lead, a film from a Mexican/Central American director, a Canadian film, a former Soviet state film, the most popular horror film from the 1940s that I haven't seen and have access to, 2 post-apocalyptic horror films, a film with dreams as part of the plot, an "animals are pissed at us" film, a silent film, 4 films based on novels, a film I haven't seen from Cinemonster's Letterboxd List of Favorite Horror Films, a film written by Ernesto Gastaldi, a film from 1932, a film by Tobe Hooper, AND... The Wizard of Oz.


Whew... that's a mouthful.
