This movie was so bad. It had such an obvious storyline, and the acting was atrocious.
I think my subwoofer went out sometime yesterday. It had been cutting out at times before, so I think it finally gave up. I'm not too surprised since I've had it for twenty years or better. For now, I'm using a headset, which isn't great, but it will do until I figure out what to buy. Anyway, I watched this Tubi Original for today. This story follows Alex (Natalie Brown), who sees herself as an independent journalist. After witnessing a crash in which a car drove off a bridge, Alex starts looking for connections. Alex's husband was killed on the same bridge a year ago, and she is convinced that somehow the two are connected. Even though neither accident was…

This will be my last film for 2 hours since that's when Rebel Moon Part 1 and Part 2 directors cut drops, And as the #1 Snyder Cult leader I am going to be watching BOTH parts back to back right as they drop. 2. These guys know wanna-be “influencers” and actresses would just sleep with them for free, right?
3. They never found out what happened to the dad? Hilarious and the only reason this gets even 1 star
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Alex (Natalie Brown) and her problem child daughter Nicole (Lola Flanery) have moved to a new town to get over the death of Alex’s husband (and Nicole’s father). Nicole is also — was also? — a famous social media influencer who ended up with a bad drug habit in the wake of that tragedy and needs to be watched like a hawk by her mother.
Then, as you can tell by the images of the poster, this turns Spirit store Eyes Wide Shut and a bit giallo as there’s a secret party in this town that determines who will be rich and famous. Everyone’s dying to get in, everyone wears masks and somehow, it all ties to the real reason…
This movie broke the streak of decent tubi movies that I had going on. Everyone’s an idiot and everyone’s wasting my time.
