These are noir films whose titles are full sentences. I have included only titles where the intent seems to be for the title to serve as a full sentence—not situations where the title could be a sentence but probably wasn't meant that way. (For instance, "Panic in the Streets" uses the word "panic" as a noun, not as an imperative verb.)
