Women at War & in the Military 🎖️

I created my "Women in..." series of lists to showcase films that feature women in roles that are traditionally seen as "masculine" or "a man's job", and/or as active participants in stories in which they are usually confined to passive, helpless roles.

Here is a selection of films featuring women protagonists at war, in the military, or as leaders of armed or revolutionary groups.
