The best? the one? The only ?  the greatest movie of all time! That’s the offer you can’t refuse!

Fourth time and still the most perfect film I’ve ever seen and maybe I will seen.. The last man who can do it better is maybe Tarkovsky but I will see in my January marathon of him..I’m  very hyped. All is said about the movie but here are my notes to my favorite and I think the best movie ever made. 

Point 1: Cast 
More perfect than the film could be but it is also :D Starts with One Name one mythos one Don Corleone... Marlon Brando. Absolutely have no words for his performance here. Who think this isn’t one of the best ever pls explain and I won’t understand it twice. Than  The most difficult position is clearly the one of Michael Corleone but how the hell francis you find and you know what al Pacino would be. Incredible developing performance by him from the start with the good military Michael till the end to the ice cold new don Michael which is so great and badass to watch love it! The scene from Brando and Pacino in the garden is the perfect example of the actors. Amazing acting for such a simple scene can’t get enough. The only scene in which you can see such wonderful actors together is in heat with Pacino and the niro in the cafe.. Next wonderful is James caan who plays the perfect action don which Michael can see what he don’t should be.. Tom played by Robert Duvall is also more than great as the consigliere of the family. This calmness from him and his clever character is so pretty to watch. 
All of them got there very very earned nomination for an Oscar.. it’s sadly that only Brando got it. 
Diane Keaton and talia shire are standing at the female side of the family and played their supporting roles also perfectly.. Not to forget is fredo.. portrayed by John cazale which made it also very fine and so the other supporting actors did it. 

Point 2: Writing/Directing 
Mario Puzo. Francis Ford Coppola.The story is so amazing that they never be boring in any secound which is a absolute positive aspect to Coppola who did it as great as no one before and after.. Every scene is with a little extra of colors and especially the opening scene is in the wonderful dark light.. and then Marlon Brando shows and the light is on him.. they perfected that in apocalypse now but here it was until them the best. The story self is a bit difficult in a first watch cause there a 30 names and you don’t know what is going on to many great scenes following.. for that you can really understand anything like in many other films you need a rewatch of course. But that’s not a problem because the 3 hours are very easy to look even though the storytelling isn’t the fastest. 

Point 3: The Music/Score
Nino Rota. Don’t know how but he did a absolutely incredible suited score even to the title picture :D The Godfather theme is more than cult and scenes like the change to sicilian supports with the love theme is one of the greatest things in the movie. And so the music for the fiesta and for the Finale is absolutely perfect.   It’s a shame that he didn’t get the Oscar for that, only in part 2.. 

So all in all i waited before my first watch 17 years to see a perfect film but the wait was it worthy! From the opener to the grand finale still the best mafia and simply the best movie ever made.. change my mind I’ll give you three words: TAKE THE CANNOLI!
