Tina Turner moaning “Sock it to me!” awakened something in me, and I’ve been around a few different blocks a time or two, if you know what I mean! 

Also, knowing ahead of time what happens during the Stones’ Altamont set doesn’t make it any easier to watch - I think it actually stressed me out MORE because of the anticipation. JFC and the band literally having to live it and then watch it back it for this documentary?? Just bad vibes all around, and it’s incredible this moment in time was captured on film.
