This year for the Halloween season, I had some personal movie-watching goals that catered to my blind spots, or just things I've been meaning to get to. So I made up my own Challenge Rules first (some inspired by the ideas of previous Hooptobers), and then was able to add in the actual rules of this year's Hoop7ober (this is the only acceptable way to spell it out).
